Dr. Amber Tabares is a board certified and Arizona State Licensed Naturopathic Physician. She has a passion for assisting people in obtaining optimal health and improving their quality of life through the empowerment of education and naturopathic medicine. Dr. Tabares utilizes a true naturopathic approach in her practice by shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, addressing the whole person not just an isolated set of symptoms. She spends time with her patients, listens to their histories and looks at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex chronic disease. Through this approach, diagnostic exams, medical imaging and laboratory tests; Dr. Tabares develops personalized treatment plans that include specific diet and lifestyle recommendations along with targeted nutrient supplementation, cranial sacral therapy, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, herbal or homeopathic prescriptions and/or bio-identical hormone replacement if appropriate.
